This Refund Policy for Digital Goods for This website (Herein referred to as “Site”) is operated by DIGITAL MEDIA EXCHANGE (“DME”) and its creators Tahoe 1 LLC & Valynteen Solutions, SRL (“Creators”) has been written to explain our business policies regarding the product returns or refunds of digital goods or content. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to DME and its Creators.
We stand behind our products. Your satisfaction as a customer is extremely important to us. Since our products are digital goods that are delivered via an Internet download, all sales of licenses for Content on the Site are final. Your use of the Site; acceptance of our Terms of Use, Privacy & Cookie Policy, License Agreement and Refund Policy for Digital Goods; authorization to process a payment for Content purchases on an AS IS basis; and your subsequent download of our Content limits your rights to request a refund.
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer a refund for a change of mind. It is very important that before purchasing any of our products that you carefully review the digital content. When authorizing us to process a payment through the Site, you acknowledge and agree that we will incur nonrefundable payment provider processing costs associated with your purchase. We are under no obligation to refund any fees paid by you for Content on the Site under any circumstances. Any/all refunds will issued be at our sole discretion.
Upon confirmation of your payment, you will receive an email from us with a link to download your digital product(s). We use cookies to track and confirm the delivery and opening of the product fulfilment email sent by DME. We also track and confirm that you have successfully downloaded the digital product file from the link that was sent to you after your purchase.
After you have downloaded your digital product, we will send an additional email confirming the product download. Should you have any problems, issues or questions regarding your digital product purchase, you should contact DME immediately by using the appropriate email address listed on our Contact page.
However, if after carefully reviewing our Terms of Use, Privacy & Cookie Policy, License Agreement and Refund Policy for Digital Goods you still decide to request a refund, your request must be sent within 14 days from the date of your purchase and before you have downloaded our product. Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be issued only as Site credits and at our sole discretion.
The one exception to this policy would be where you may have purchased two of the exact same products accidentally. Our general policy in this situation would be to issue a Site credit for the duplicate product that your purchased.

In the event that there is a technical problem with your digital product purchase that you are unable to resolve by downloading the product file again from the download link provided, please report the problem immediately by contacting us at support@digitalmediaexchange.net.
Please note that products with alleged technical issues will only be eligible for a refund after you have provided sufficient information regarding how the error was created. We will work with you to correct the error and to provide you with the digital product that you ordered.
Due to the nature of our digital products, we cannot offer a refund where you have changed your mind. The follow are some examples of situations where we will be unable to process refund requests: (1) You or your client no longer needs the purchased product; (2) You found another product that you prefer; (3) You have changed your mind about your purchase; (4) You do not have sufficient expertise to use the product; (5) You don’t have the correct software to open, edit or use the product; (6) You purchased the product by mistake and our system shows that you have downloaded the product; (7) You feel that the product is or low quality; (8) You are having trouble downloading the product because your Internet is not fast enough; is unstable; cannot handle a large file download; or other similar issues related to your Internet service; (9) You had made the claim that there is a technical issue with the product but are either unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence or proof for the technical issue; (10) You have refused or denied permission to allow your browser to collect the information required to confirm your purchase and product file download; and (11) Your product purchase was made more than 14 days ago.
Should we, in our sole discretion, decide to provide you with a refund: (1) The license issued to you for Content granted to you under this Agreement will be rescinded as if never granted; (2) Any refund will be based solely on our assessment of what we believe to be appropriate under the specific circumstances; and (3) Refunds will only be issued in the form of Site credits that can be used to purchase licenses for other products or services on the Site; (4) In the event that a product file is either damaged or corrupted during the download process, you will be able to download the file again from within your account.
